Since 2012 we have provided strategic advice to clients in the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects. Our expert team specialise in working client side on rail, road, utilities and development projects, delivering best for project outcomes, on time and within budget.

We have experience across the whole project lifecycle, from planning through delivery and into commissioning, identifying and managing key risks at every stage. We understand the regulatory framework within in which our clients must operate to deliver State Significant projects and their complex contractual and commercial nature. We expertly manage the critical relationship between a project and it's delivery partners and position ourselves as trusted advisors, ensuring the needs of our clients and all key stakeholders are met.

 

Our team has a proven track record of leading to conclusion delivery of high profile, large scale infrastructure projects on behalf of Government and the private sector.
